We all need power to get up and go, to make anything happen in our lives, to start and to stop and to basically function! Another way to describe power could be Life Force, or Chi.

One of the great paradoxes of any spiritual path is that it deals with paradox. Think of the Zen Koan, or riddle, "what is the sound of one hand clapping"? That is a kind of paradoxical question, for which many answers may be possible, but for which no easy literal answer emerges.
